Permanent skills and clothes for points

Welcome, im new here and I see its like GT, perm is only for cash. That was the reason why GT lost most people. Most people dont have soo much time to play half day to earn points to have 6skills and clothes on 30 days. I think cash should be for special items for exaple 200% exp, points or whatever, just like it was on old GT. The price of perm with points should be hight but it should be possible to "put some clothes on" our kicker. I think most or even all ppl will be happy and will be better competition.
